About Elizabeth

Hello, I’m Elizabeth! I know that everyone enters therapy with their own unique set of challenges to overcome. With the right tools and support, I believe that we all possess the potential to turn our challenges into the stories that shape us, rather than limit us.

In our present-day world, anxiety, depression, burnout and other problems are more common than ever before. I use an integrative approach to assist with these and other concerns, such as relationship tensions, trauma, stress, and more. Through our sessions together, I will work with you to shed stale patterns and emotions, and develop more satisfying ways of thinking, feeling and relating in your life.

I offer a warm, accepting environment for you to share whatever is going on in your life as we find ways to restore your sense of peace and direction. In working with you, I strive to create a space where you can be heard and express yourself fully and honestly.

I hold a Bachelor’s of Psychology and am presently completing my Master’s of Counselling Psychology. Outside of the office, you can find me spending time with those who inspire and empower me. I also have an energetic dog, Bella, who loves going for walks and adventures in nature.
