About Graham

I work from the belief that every person can create powerful, positive and lasting change in their life by calling on their unique strengths. My role is to help you recognize and deploy these strengths, toward the creation of the life we want to be living. Using empathy and compassion, I work with you to build knowledge of the way that problems operate, and to help outfit you with effective, practical tools that empower you to find the wellness and fulfillment you seek in life. Recognizing that the counselling journey is a deeply personal one, I tailor my approach to suit my your needs, treating every person with acceptance and total non-judgment.

People often come to sit with me because they are facing depression, anxiety, grief, life changes or transitions, relationship challenges, high self-criticism, and difficulty staying focused or motivated.

As an integrative counsellor, I draw from a range of practices, including Narrative, Dialectical-Behavioural Cognitive Behavioural, Internal Family Systems, and Solution-Focused therapies. To me, counselling is a vital and life-giving process built on a foundation of trust, safety, and genuine respect.

Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with my wife and two daughters. I hold a deep appreciation for nature and can often be found exploring BC’s majestic forests, and spending time in the garden.
